• Identify and propose both short and long term solutions and determine end-to-end components necessary for business success.
• Provide proposed solutions by framing, proposing and gaining acceptance with senior business leaders.
• Develop proposals which include written business requirements rationalized across development teams, proposed business process solutions, gap analyses, as well as business cases and ROI analyses.
• Assess alternatives and recommend scalable solutions that optimize among customer needs, business constraints and technology realities.
• Support the business in better utilizing the current applications and business processes and understanding the needs for improvement across the lines of business and channels.
• Participate in the planning and execution of the testing and deployment of enterprise systems and business unit specific applications, processes and data.
• Prioritize needs, communicate effectively and establish partnering relationships to drive effective execution and strong results.
• Leverage best practices and skills across the corporate core process, corporate technology, and the infrastructure teams.
• Facilitate business participation in build reviews, Conference Room Pilots, User Acceptance Tests and Approvals/Sign-off process
