Our Application Architects leads all aspects of the application delivery & related components: interfaces, conversions, HW/SW oversight (selection/sizing/configuration recommendation & execution). Application Architect understands business challenges & translates them into requirements/solutions. He provides Solution Performance (analysis/tuning) & works across business/technology teams to ensure alignment between business solution definition & systems architecture for the organization.

Our Application Architects are trained and certified in enterprise applications such as Siebel CRM, Informatica, Siebel Analytics etc.

Key consultative services offered by Application Architects are

• Define technology and architectural roadmap and is responsible for the technical quality of software application(s).
• Perform risk assessments for the application(s), and represents these to IT Management
• Set strategy for technology upgrades of application(s): version upgrades, application migration plans, etc.
• Own and communicate the software development lifecycle processes, checklists and standards for the IT organization
• Ensure standards for the IT organization encompass the needs of Enterprise groups (examples: monitoring, support, security, operations)
• Participate in tech architecture initiatives and teams prior to project launch, providing effort estimates for Proof of Concept, Prototypes
• Business Requirement Document, and Product Requirements Documents.
• Mentor resources on technical and architectural concepts for software application(s)
• Review software designs related to software application(s)
• Review software code related to software application(s)
• Develop key architectural components and frameworks within software application(s)
• Manage major software technical issues within software application(s)
  Acts as liaison to other IT organizations (examples: infrastructure teams such as Networking, Middleware)
